I've had a million things go through my head as I anticipate the arrival of this lil twerp. For me, its one BIG GAME and all along I've chalked the labor experience up to being the hardest workout that I'll ever face. Mentally, it has kept away all the fear and anxiety from creeping in and I have been able to greet all of that and prepare myself for "The Challenge". I won't lie, the anticipation has been incredibly difficult for me as I prepare my game plan. Here's what has been so challenging for me...
Do we go with a 5-1 or 6-2 offense?
Man-to-Man D or Zone D?
Power I-formation or Wild Cat?
Have we mastered the hot routes?
List goes on...but seriously, this has kept me focused for Game Day!
Tonight I'll be enjoying the Vikings game and perhaps a trip to the court/field (oh I mean hospital) :) Come on Baby Nelly we're ready for Game Day!

10-10-10 would have been pretty cool...We were hoping Ayla would be born on 07-08-09 but came the day after.
ReplyDeleteGood luck in the big game. :) You'll do great!
Hi Lindsey,
ReplyDeleteYou look great! Hope baby Nelson soon makes her appearance so Grandma will get to help and to hold the little bundle! Keep me informed!
Love Linda
